Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on project scope, materials, labour, timeline, and specific requirements. We provide transparent, itemised quotations so you understand exactly what is included. After reviewing your project details through our Project Estimator, we prepare a comprehensive estimate with no hidden costs.
Payment terms are agreed before project commencement and structured around milestones. Typically, an initial deposit mobilises resources, followed by progress payments aligned with completed phases. Final payment is due upon completion and handover. We are flexible and willing to discuss terms that work for both parties.
We believe in complete transparency. Our quotations include all anticipated costs including materials, labour, equipment, and project management. Any potential additional costs due to unforeseen conditions or client-requested changes are communicated and agreed upon in advance. There are no hidden fees.
